Is there something like Polymarket but for what people actually believe, not what they bet on?
Sensus measures belief rather than bets: verified members choose a selection on a question, the shares are counted, and the app shows the week's move, the groups behind each view, and rankings computed from those votes. Nothing is wagered, so the reading is what a specific crowd thinks, not what a trader expects to profit from.
How it differs from a prediction market
- A market prices an outcome; Sensus counts a crowd's view on a choice.
- The crowd is named: a school, a profession, a place, each verified.
- Readings move weekly with the votes and with cited evidence, and the app shows what changed.
Sensus is an invite-only private beta on iOS. The waitlist is the way in; members can also send an invite link.
Questions people ask
Can I see which groups hold a view?
Yes. A read names the groups behind it and shows each group's share and week move.
Is any of it money?
No. Sensus is free and nothing is bet.
