Sensus Privacy Policy
Sensus is a social polling, posting, messaging, and community platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what controls you have when using Sensus.

Account details, profile data, posts, votes, comments, messages, media uploads, device/app usage signals, push tokens, and optional location data when you enable location-based features.

To operate the app, keep accounts secure, personalize the product, deliver notifications, enforce safety rules, and improve service quality.
Your controls
You can manage permissions in iOS settings, contact support, and delete your account directly in the app.
Information We Collect
- Account and profile information such as username, email address, phone number if provided, display name, bio, and profile images.
- User-generated content such as posts, polls, votes, comments, direct messages, support messages, media uploads, and community activity.
- Location information if you grant access for location-based voting, map, friend-location, or geographically aware features.
- Device and service information such as push notification tokens, app/session events, basic usage metrics, and moderation/safety metadata.
How We Use Information
- To create and maintain accounts and profiles.
- To deliver feeds, messaging, notifications, voting, posting, and community features.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, spam, harassment, and other safety issues.
- To investigate support requests, platform incidents, and moderation reports.

How Information Is Shared

Permissions
- Camera and microphone access support media capture and upload features.
- Photo library access supports media upload and save flows.
- Location access supports location-based product features.
- Apple Music access supports music selection and post creation features where available.
- Push notifications support messages, mentions, follows, reveals, and account activity.
Retention and Deletion
You can request account deletion in the app from Edit Profile > Delete My Account. We may retain limited records as needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse enforcement, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Children and Eligibility
Sensus is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required in their region to use the service.
